POST HARVEST TECHNOLOGY course is designed to equip students with basic
knowledge and skills in harvesting handlings and technology of post harvest
agriculture fresh produce. Students will be exposed to various post harvest technology
such as storage, drying, chilling, packaging, processing, ozonation and irradiation.
Students will also learn how to perform post harvest technology application to selected
commodities.
